Network Intelligence Advisor - US East

📋 Description

• Lead technical professional services projects and implement advanced features
• Provide expert guidance on network observability and design optimized infrastructure
• Analyze customer usage patterns and network data to uncover value opportunities
• Help customers integrate Kentik with in-house tools via APIs and scripting
• Conduct technical check-ins to maintain success rates and share roadmap
• Champion customer requirements and relay feedback to Product Management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-tech solutions engineering, professional services, or network engineering role
• Must be located on the U.S. East Coast
• Strong understanding of network and application protocols, including Netflow, BGP, SNMP, DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP
• Proven experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers
• Familiarity with network observability or monitoring suites (e.g., Kentik, Netscout Arbor, Splunk)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
