Operate the Starlink network at scale, responding to real-time events and anomalies to minimize
Coordinate incident response with engineering teams to triage and resolve major issues.
Collaborate with engineers and partners to root-cause problems and prevent recurrence.
Manage changes and maintenance to sustain user service with minimal downtime.
Improve operational processes and efficiency as an embedded NOC operator.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
1+ year of experience troubleshooting and operating computer systems in network/IT/security
Preferred: certifications such as Network+, Security+, CCNA, JNCIA
Basic software experience in Python, SQL, Bash or similar
