Network Ops Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end supply chain network optimization across global operations.
• Evaluate sourcing options and make buy vs. sell decisions balancing value and continuity.
• Define sourcing locations, manufacturing strategies, and product flows for new products.
• Own the Network Optimization roadmap aligned with portfolio changes.
• Manage RCCP and long-range planning to identify capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with costing/finance to assess financial implications of scenarios.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent; 8–12 years in product planning, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain network optimization and end-to-end processes.
• Experience in sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, or related operations.
• Expert SAP/ERP experience; advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with network optimization platforms (e.g., Optilogic Cosmic Frog) preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
