Network Performance & Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze network performance across latency, jitter, packet loss, throughput, bandwidth utilization
• Identify performance bottlenecks across WAN, SD-WAN overlays, firewalls, load balancers, wireless
• Establish performance baselines, produce trend analyses and capacity forecasts, and recommend
• Develop automation scripts and workflows for network health checks, configuration validation
• Integrate monitoring, observability, ITSM, CMDB, SD-WAN, firewall, and cloud platforms using APIs
• Build reusable dashboards, reports, runbooks, and self-service automation capabilities that improve

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in network engineering, network performance, automation, observability
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls
• Hands-on scripting and automation experience using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, JSON, YAML, and
• Experience with network monitoring and observability platforms such as SolarWinds, ThousandEyes
• Strong capabilities in packet analysis, flow analysis, network performance troubleshooting, and
• Experience integrating infrastructure platforms and operational tools through APIs and automated
