Network Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop forecasts for new and existing volume, incorporating historical performance, business
• Identify and communicate trends that may impact future demand, capacity, or resource needs.
• Generate staffing and capacity requirements by line of business, market, skill set, or other
• Compare forecasted and actual results to identify variances and continuously improve planning
• Conduct capacity-to-volume and gap analyses to identify areas of excess capacity, constraints, and
• Complete ad hoc capacity and skill-set reviews based on changing business needs and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, business analytics, operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot
• Demonstrated experience with forecasting, capacity planning, staffing requirements, or demand
• Experience conducting gap analysis and developing scenarios or what-if models.
• Strong experience generating operational reports and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate trends
