Network Planning Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end connectivity infrastructure projects from site opportunity assessment to OSP
• Collaborate with network program managers, data center teams, engineering, procurement, and
• Evaluate connectivity feasibility for new data center locations; validate long-haul wave, dark
• Act as technical owner for fiber pathway architecture including route diversity and conduit systems.
• Coordinate POE and MMR infrastructure design and implementation for high-capacity deployments.
• Build and maintain relationships with telecom providers, utilities, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in network infrastructure, OSP planning, telecom, or data center connectivity project
• Strong understanding of fiber optics, DWDM, inline amplification, and managed deployments.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for site infrastructure design documentation.
• Advanced GIS experience with KMZ/KML data formats.
