Network Planning Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end connectivity projects from site assessment to OSP delivery.
• Coordinate with network tech program managers, data centers, and vendors.
• Assess feasibility for new data center locations and fiber options.
• Own fiber pathway architecture including route and site entry design.
• Plan POE and MMR infrastructure for high-capacity fiber.
• Maintain docs of assets, routes, and plans with geospatial data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in network infrastructure or OSP planning.
• Strong fiber, DWDM, inline amplification, and managed fiber deployments knowledge.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple teams.
• Proven ability to negotiate fiber leases and related contracts.
• AutoCAD experience for site plans; GIS/KMZ/KML data familiarity.
