Network Planning Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end connectivity infrastructure projects from site opportunity assessment through OSP
• Collaborate with network program managers, data center teams, engineering, procurement, and
• Evaluate connectivity feasibility for new data center locations, including long-haul wave, dark
• Technical owner for fiber pathway architecture, route diversity, manholes, conduit systems, and
• Coordinate POE and MMR infrastructure to support high-capacity, multi-carrier deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in network infrastructure, OSP planning, telecom, or data center connectivity project
• Strong understanding of fiber optic networks, DWDM, inline amplification, and managed optical fiber
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple internal teams, vendors, and
• Proven ability to negotiate fiber leases, IRUs, and connectivity service contracts.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for site infrastructure and conduit design documentation.
