Network Planning Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end connectivity infrastructure projects from site assessment to OSP delivery.
• Collaborate with network program managers, data centers, engineering, procurement, and construction
• Evaluate connectivity feasibility for data center locations; validate long-haul wave, dark fiber
• Own fiber pathway architecture, route diversity, manholes, conduits, and entry points.
• Coordinate POE/MMR infrastructure for high-capacity multi-carrier deployments.
• Maintain relationships with providers, utilities, and partners; support procurement and contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in network infrastructure, OSP planning, telecommunications, or data center PM.
• Strong understanding of fiber optics, DWDM, inline amplification, managed optical deployments.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure with multiple teams and vendors.
• Proven ability to negotiate fiber leases, IRUs, and construction contracts.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for site infrastructure designs; GIS/KMZ/KML experience.
