Network Planning Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end connectivity infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with program managers, data center, eng, procurement, and construction teams
• Assess feasibility for data center locations and long-haul options
• Own fiber pathway architecture, route diversity, and site design
• Coordinate POE and MMR infrastructure for high-capacity fiber
• Build relationships with providers, utilities, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field or equivalent
• 5+ years in network infrastructure, OSP planning, or data center PM
• Strong DWDM, fiber optics, inline amplification, and managed deployments knowledge
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple stakeholders
• Proven ability to negotiate fiber leases, IRUs, and construction contracts
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for site infrastructure/design docs
