Network Planning Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end connectivity infra projects from site assessment to OSP delivery and readiness.
• Collaborate with network program managers, data center, engineering, procurement, and construction
• Evaluate connectivity feasibility for new data center locations; validate long-haul wave, dark
• Act as technical owner for fiber pathway architecture and site entry point design.
• Coordinate POE/MMR infra to support high-capacity, multi-carrier fiber deployments.
• Build relationships with telecom providers, fiber owners, utilities, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Telecommunications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in network infrastructure, OSP planning, telecom, or data center connectivity PM.
• Strong understanding of fiber optics, DWDM, amplification, and managed deployments.
• Experience managing complex infra projects with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to negotiate fiber leases/IRUs/construction contracts.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for site infrastructure/design docs.
