Network Planning Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end connectivity infrastructure projects from site assessment to OSP delivery
• Collaborate with network program managers, data center, engineering, procurement, and construction
• Evaluate connectivity feasibility for new data center locations with long-haul wave, dark fiber
• Act as technical owner for fiber pathway, route diversity, manholes, conduits, and entry points
• Coordinate POE and MMR infrastructure for high-capacity, multi-carrier fiber deployments
• Build relationships with telecom providers, fiber owners, utilities, and partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in network infrastructure, OSP planning, telecom, or data center connectivity project
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic networks, DWDM, inline amplification, and managed optical
• Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with multiple internal teams, vendors, external
• Proven ability to negotiate fiber leases, IRUs, construction contracts, or connectivity services
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for site infrastructure and conduit design
