Lead network platform team: direction, design reviews, code reviews, delivery.
Set technical direction for network layers: fabric, overlay, isolation.
Own fabric standards across sites: RoCE v2, InfiniBand, single reference architecture.
Represent network platform in roadmap planning; translate requirements.
Own APIs and IaaS integration exposing network capabilities.
Collaborate with bring-up teams to surface pain points and build platform features.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in large-scale data center or cloud network engineering; 2+ years leading a team.
Production software development; Python, Go, Rust in shared repos with CI.
Ethernet fabric design and ops: leaf-spine, BGP, ECMP.
RoCE v2 at scale; InfiniBand production experience.
EVPN and VXLAN in production.
Network automation at scale: NetBox/Nautobot; CI validation.
