Network Recruitment and Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and expand a nationwide behavioral health provider network.
• Identify and engage providers, negotiate rates, and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with Provider Relations, Clinical, Finance, Accounting, and Marketing teams.
• Prepare proposals and market intelligence to inform network improvements.
• Work in a remote, cross-functional environment to meet network objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of provider relations, preferably in PPO/HMO or managed care.
• Experience with provider recruitment, contracting, and rate negotiations.
• Familiarity with behavioral/mental health sector; PR/public relations exposure beneficial.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Access and basic IT tools.
