Network Relations Specialist

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with Nearmap/itel's network of repair firms.
• Provide process training and onboarding for repair firms.
• Lead restoration marketing and event planning with partners.
• Develop standardized marketing and training strategies with the Director.
• Manage database of prospects and onboarded repair firms; analyze reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on planning and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in sales, recruiting, or marketing
• Proven ability to develop and implement new processes and facilitate client adoption
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management orientation
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and understand complex insurance and credentialing requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
