Network Security Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide advanced triage, incident response, and change implementation
• Lead implementation of change requests and project tasks
• Act as escalation point for Level-1/2 engineers
• Troubleshoot complex networking/security issues across customer environments
• Manage ISP circuits and liaise with providers
• Maintain high-quality documentation and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years’ experience in a network & security support role
• ITIL Service Principles
• SD-WAN deployment & troubleshooting
• Security technologies: firewall policies, IPS/IDS, web filtering, secure web gateways
• Advanced routing (OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
• Switching (Layer 2/3)
