Network Success Manager

📋 Description

• Own and process incoming client syndication requests, assigning to queues.
• Research enablement requests, verify authorizations via Salesforce.
• Map client configurations for syndication and optimize content.
• Use internal systems to diagnose and resolve config errors.
• Assist in managing queues during high volume coverage.
• Maintain processes and playbooks for enablement and Network Services.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in technical operations, data analysis, or related support.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and/or JIRA.
• Experience with data verification, mapping, or config troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
