Network Support Specialist, Tier 2

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality IT services: consulting, on-site/remote support.
• Support clients with network tech, installation, and integration projects.
• Prioritize work via tickets and projects; provide timely updates.
• Troubleshoot network issues; document and escalate as needed.
• Occasional on-site visits (<5%) and on-call rotation.
• Travel <10% as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience as Network Engineer.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and configure LAN/WAN and wireless networks.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, MFA, DNS.
• BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, QoS knowledge.
• Cisco ASA, Meraki, Fortinet experience.
• CCNA required; CCNP preferred.
