📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to independent mechanical repair shops across the United States.
• Communicate the value and benefits of upcoming live events and webinars to prospective customers.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on their business needs, decision-making authority, and
• Secure attendance commitments from qualified shop owners and decision-makers.
• Identify prospective customers and accurately document sales prospecting activity in CRM and other
• Handle questions and objections confidently, professionally, and persuasively.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive, confident, and engaging communication style.
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and clearly communicate relevant value propositions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently in a remote
• Strong organization and follow-through skills, particularly when managing multiple prospects and
• Comfortable using CRM systems, remote communication platforms, and KPI tracking tools.
