Visit clients in their homes to aid recovery after injury, illness, or surgery.
Provide 1:1 direct care in patients' homes within designated territories.
Assess mobility, gait, balance, strength, and endurance; conduct safety evaluations.
Develop individualized care plans with manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
Document observations and interventions using a digital touchpad/tablet.
Collaborate with nursing and the care team on multidisciplinary plans.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current PT license in Missouri.
New graduates welcome; strong interest encouraged.
Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned.
Home health experience is welcome but not required; training provided.
