New Product Introduction (NPI) Sourcing Manager, Data Center Power & Cooling

📋 Description

• Own the NPI program for each new power or cooling product (BESS, inverters, SST, E-STATCOM, MV
• Drive early supplier design engagement: translate site requirements into product requirements and
• Lead DFM/DFT/DFx reviews with suppliers.
• Plan and run prototype and pilot builds: define EVT/DVT/PVT scope, witness builds, own test plans
• Qualify the product for deployment: define and execute first-article inspection, FAT, SAT, and
• Hand off to steady state: transfer qualified products and documentation to Manufacturing Quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience in power electronics, electrical equipment, or industrial energy
• Direct, hands-on experience with at least two of: BESS, utility- or data-center-scale inverters
• Working knowledge of relevant standards: UL 9540/9540A, UL 1741, IEEE 1547, IEEE 2800, IEC
• Experience defining and executing structured qualification programs (EVT/DVT/PVT, FAT/SAT, type
• Familiarity with supplier factory environments and ability to assess readiness to ship at rate.
• Fluency in design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test principles and supplier ECO/change-control
