New Product Service Engineer

📋 Description

• Own NPI and Dev Fleet uptime; triage and resolve robot downtime.
• Embed with field teams to turn failures into engineering improvements.
• Bridge bench and blueprint; influence DFS/design-for-serviceability reviews.
• Validate new service procedures before broad deployment.
• Attend NPI reviews as the service expert and track issues to closure.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in complex electromechanical systems; robotics/defense/aerospace/medical devices
• Fluent in hardware diagnosis across hardware, electrical and system levels.
• Prototyping/pre-production experience; comfortable with changing configs.
• Data-driven communicator; document repair notes for engineers.
• Read schematics, CAD views; familiarity with ROS/ROS2, embedded systems, hardware design processes
