📋 Description

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution
• Preparing client for deposition
• Attending depositions
• Invoicing for depositions
• Responding to client inquiries to move matters toward resolution
• Providing direction to non-attorneys as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
