Prepare clients for deposition
Attend depositions
Invoicing depositions
Respond to client inquiries that require attorney negotiation and move matters toward resolution
Provide direction to non-attorneys as needed

🎯 Requirements

Comfortable with fast-paced environments
Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
