🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar license.
• Preferred 2 years in employment law, litigation, or client advisory roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident and compassionate.
• Strong ability to convey legal information and inspire trust with potential clients.
• A genuine desire to help people, especially those facing workplace injustice.
• Open to training newly barred associates.
