🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE or related field; recent grad up to 2 years
• Solid fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, basic system design
• Proficiency in Python/Java/Scala/Go and SQL
• coursework, internships, or projects in data pipelines, backend systems
• Exposure to distributed data processing (Spark/Hive) is a plus
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and experimental design
