NGS Bioanalytical Scientist

📋 Description

• Perform and support next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows, including sample preparation
• Execute routine molecular biology assays, including DNA/RNA extraction, purification
• Generate quality data to support IND and/or BLA filings
• Communicate results and provide input to the team and project lead through meetings and in reports
• Perform quality control assessments and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
• Follow established laboratory procedures, SOPs, and quality guidelines to ensure consistent and

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelors in a scientific concentration
• Experience in Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies is required
• Experience with routine molecular biology assays, including nucleic acid extraction and qPCR/dPCR
• Strong skills in data interpretation and quality control
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, GraphPad Prism, and electronic laboratory notebooks
• Experience with GxP and working in a regulated lab environment
