Remote role focusing on NIBRS and compliance reporting for Axon.
Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to certify NIBRS/state reports within Axon’s
Work with Product and Engineering to align national and state standards.
Build state-specific forms and guide requirements for NIBRS/compliance.
Provide training and support related to NIBRS and compliance processes.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years experience in Law Enforcement technology
Deep understanding of NIBRS submission requirements
Experience with UCR and related compliance reporting is a plus
Experience with Crash, citations, DV, traffic stop data is a plus
Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills
Experience with Flat File, XML, and/or JSON
