📋 Description

• Conduct internal analysis of baseline reach for youth and women via traditional channels.
• Deliver an impact assessment of baseline activities.
• Make recommendations to reach youth and women through traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Determine the most effective way to track and monitor impact for youth and women.
• Identify which existing products/services attract youth and women.
• Create a product pipeline to meet youth-specific challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in youth and gender programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Business or related field.
• Background in youth and gender programming preferred.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
