📋 Description

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls, manage audit coordination, and enforce strict
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts (receivables, payables, inventory, and petty cash) to protect
• Build financial models, perform regular Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analyses, and deliver clear
• Serve as the primary finance partner to non-finance department leads, building financial capability

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, internal controls, audit, or risk management
• Strong understanding of Nigerian tax laws and statutory reporting standards
• Hands-on experience evaluating control frameworks, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and
• Stakeholder management and coordination skills to present complex financial insights clearly
• High personal accountability with a proven ability to resolve process bottlenecks and trace
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
