📋 Description

• Create the Theory of Change (ToC).
• Conceptualize impact pathways and design evaluation plans.
• Draft evaluation strategy with implementation plan.
• Calculate sample size and define sampling process.
• Select the sample and prepare the Control Sheet.
• Clean and analyze data; produce summary statistics with Stata.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 5-7 years in MEL, field research, or program evaluation.
• Write Stata do-files for cleaning, analysis, transformation, and visualization.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Stata do-files or other tools (R, Python, Excel/Sheets).
• Produce written deliverables (reports, briefs, memos).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets data processing.
• Fluent in English; Hausa a plus.
