📋 Description

• Direct ownership of 10-12 pipelines: oversee screening and selection for 10-12 roles (JL1-8, upskilling to JL9-14), most roles Nigeria-based.
• Guide candidates through a multi-step process (interviews, assessments, exercises) with clear communication and strong customer service.
• Assist Hiring Managers with interview material creation; train them to use recruitment platforms and provide other support.
• Nigeria Program Recruitment Business Partner: maintain regular communication with Nigeria stakeholders to drive recruitment strategy and support hiring needs.
• Influence Nigeria stakeholders to comply with global strategy and policy; respond to urgent hiring needs and implement recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with the in-country HR team to drive staffing targets and ensure smooth onboarding aligned with local workforce planning.
