📋 Description

• Lead regional and nationwide last-mile delivery operations, optimizing owned fleet efficiency and
• Oversee daily warehouse dispatch operations, execute route planning, and improve logistics
• Utilize logistics metrics and transport data to track performance gaps, optimize transport spend
• Direct and develop the logistics team while collaborating closely with Warehouse Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fleet management, last-mile delivery, and managing 3PL logistics
• Proven track record in warehouse dispatch management, route planning, and driving on-time, in-full
• Strong analytical and data ability to evaluate transport spend, analyze performance gaps, and make
• Demonstrated leadership capability to manage, mentor, and build high-performing logistics teams.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills to collaborate with Warehouse Operations, HSE/QA/QC
