Night Shift Senior Automation and Robotics Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Resolve unplanned down events and drive successful recoveries with high reliability
• Maintain preventive maintenance program for optimum equipment performance
• Collaborate with engineers and operations to support equipment upgrade timelines and objectives
• Ensure SOPs and engineering procedures are current, accurate, and compliant for quality
• Provide shift-to-shift communications to keep teams aligned and informed
• Manage spares inventory and maintain accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Four years or more of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Mechatronics-Electrical and/or Controls Automation, Equipment Test experience in high-volume manufacturing
• Strong preventive maintenance experience; reliability-centered maintenance; project management and Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively
• Able to work night shift (weekdays/weekends/overtime) with advance notice
• Bonus: SolidWorks, CMMS, food processing experience; passion for automation
