Night Shift Working Lead

📋 Description

• Night shift leadership on welding and fabrication of burners, flares, incinerators.
• On-floor lead: assign tasks and provide real-time problem solving to meet schedules.
• Ensure work meets quality standards, drawings, and welding procedures.
• Promote HSE compliance; proper PPE use and safety policy adherence.
• Monitor workflow; identify bottlenecks and communicate issues to supervision.
• Overtime may be required; work in shop with welding fumes and noise.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience; welding experience strongly preferred.
• Prior lead, acting lead, or informal supervisory experience preferred.
• Welding, fabrication, machine shop operations, or first-entry manufacturing experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and welding symbols.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking; Solomon ERP a plus.
