📋 Description

  • Proactively monitor network, server, cloud, and infrastructure health using monitoring tools.
  • Identify potential issues, performance degradation, and capacity risks before they impact services.
  • Analyze alerts, trends, and recurring incidents to recommend preventive actions.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical incidents and support major outage management activities.
  • Monitor service availability and ensure adherence to operational SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related
  • 1-3 years of experience in a NOC, Infrastructure Operations, Managed Services, or IT Operations
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and
  • Experience monitoring Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or LogicMonitor.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
