NOC Analyst - Cloud Operations - (24/7 Environment)

📋 Description

• Monitor infrastructure, apps, and cloud platforms in real time.
• Triage, validate, and troubleshoot alerts to restore services quickly.
• Be first responder for incidents; minimize downtime and impact.
• Reduce alert noise by analyzing false positives and tuning.
• Own high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and coordinate bridges.
• Runbooks and SOPs execution; improve runbooks and health checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools: New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Cloud monitoring: AWS and GCP.
• PagerDuty or similar alerting systems.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and app availability/performance.
• Familiarity with firewalls, security principles, and networking fundamentals.
• On-Prem, Cloud Infra, VMs, EC2, and EKS clusters.
