NOC Engineer

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues using monitoring tools.
• Perform remote troubleshooting sessions to resolve network issues.
• Plan, manage and implement network changes with engineering and suppliers.
• Provide advanced technical solutions and timely escalation resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analyses.
• Escalate cases to Level 3 engineering with smooth handover.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking or related field.
• 5+ years in network support or infrastructure (ISP, cloud, data centres).
• CCNA or JNCIA certification (or equivalent) required.
• Proficiency with MPLS, OSPF, BGP and advanced routing.
• Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia and OpenGear equipment.
• Excellent English; able to collaborate with global teams.
