📋 Description

• Provide low-latency, context-aware direct customer support to ensure Highrise customers get the
• Manage impacts to compute, storage, and network resource pools to meet SLA commitments.
• Help drive customer-driven workflow by aiding in the triage of inbound cases.
• Provide timely updates on incidents, and escalation when necessary.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, standards, and runbooks for your focus area.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, and/or
• 2 years or more experience with directly supporting customers using network and/or compute
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
• Effective at prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and a demonstrated willingness to help internal and external
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with a bias toward ownership and outcomes.
