NOC Platforms & Integration Lead

📋 Description

• Own lifecycle & operational readiness of NOC platforms.
• Partner with engineering to define blueprints and roadmaps for NOC tools.
• Lead testing and validation for new features & integrations; ensure readiness.
• Oversee integration of new products into existing environments with minimal disruption.
• Manage release cycles and deployment planning; coordinate across teams.
• Act as Tier 3 SME, troubleshooting complex platform issues and ensuring stability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Network Eng/IS or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in systems design, tooling architecture, and integration in NOC/telecom.
• Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting API integrations (REST, SOAP, gRPC).
• Strong scripting in Python or Go.
• Proven ability to manage complex platform lifecycles and liaise with engineering and operations.
• Experience with large-scale telecom, fiber, or network operations environments preferred.
