NOC Proactive Engineer

📋 Description

• Proactively monitor network, server, cloud, and infrastructure health using monitoring tools.
• Identify potential issues before they impact services.
• Analyze alerts, trends, and recurring incidents to guide preventive actions.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Escalate critical incidents and support outage management activities.
• Monitor service availability and ensure adherence to operational SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related
• 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, Infrastructure Operations, Managed Services, or IT Operations
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching.
• Experience monitoring Windows and Linux server environments.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as: SolarWinds/PRTG/LogicMonitor
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
