📋 Description

• Provide Tier 2 network operations support across enterprise locations, including network
• Support network upgrades, installations, technical refreshes, site surveys, and new/enhanced
• Develop network SOPs, implement STIG requirements, and provide technical resolution support for
• Work independently to resolve complex network problems with limited supervision, including at

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, or TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph
• IAT Level II certification, such as CompTIA Security+
• CCNA certification
• 10+ years of relevant network operations/administration experience; a Bachelor's Degree in an
• Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper network devices
• Strong working knowledge of routing and networking protocols and technologies, including BGP, OSPF
