• 5+ years in growth marketing, partnerships, or integrated marketing at a high-growth company
• Exceptional growth marketing instincts and strong acquisition analytics
• Experience launching and scaling partnership marketing programs that drive user acquisition
• Strong understanding of attribution, experimentation, ROAS, incrementality, and analytics
• Excellent copywriting with memorable, high-converting messaging
• Outstanding project management for cross-functional launches
