📋 Description

• Supporting risk assessments, incident management activities, and remediation follow-up.
• Maintaining and enhancing the Control Framework (ECF) and related documentation.
• Preparing, facilitating, and documenting risk governance meetings with clear decisions.
• Monitoring deadlines, priorities, and deliverable quality across initiatives.
• Collaborating with first-line stakeholders and second-line teams (Operational Risk, Compliance).
• Supporting risk reporting, documentation management, and evidence collection.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Controls, or related field.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across teams.
• Knowledge of Operational Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Governance, and Control Frameworks.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership.
