• You have a deep understanding of Swedish culture, design aesthetics, and consumer behaviour, and
• You’re comfortable juggling multiple workstreams and shifting priorities in a fast-moving
• You’ve worked with freelancers or creators before and know how to brief, review, and develop talent
• You’re a strong collaborator who builds trust quickly — across teams, functions, and time zones —
