📋 Description

• Directly supervise 5–10 sales reps across North Asia.
• Hire, train and manage Regional Sales Managers.
• Forecast accurately and drive value in sales cycles; reinforce culture.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned to goals.
• Lead sales forecasting and set performance goals.
• Direct staffing, training, and evaluations for sales programs.
• Support and uphold the company culture and integrity as part of the sales leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree; 20+ years in sales org.
• 10+ years sales leadership; 4+ years at Director level.
• Extensive experience across North Asia.
• Proven security/networking tech sales (proxies, NGFW, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO).
• Verifiable track record of exceeding quota.
• Recruit, train, retain and motivate sales teams.
