📋 Description
- Lead new product introduction activities for autonomous vehicle hardware systems from prototype
- Coordinate cross-functional readiness across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and
- Develop and drive build plans, manufacturing planning, build documentation, and risk mitigation
- Partner with design engineering teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability
- Support prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and initial production builds by coordinating materials, build
- Drive issue resolution and closure for build-related defects, nonconformances, process breakdowns
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or
- 4+ years of experience in new product introduction, manufacturing engineering, product engineering
- Experience supporting hardware products through prototype, validation, pilot, and production launch
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production ramp challenges, and cross-functional
- Experience working with design, quality, supply chain, operations, and supplier teams to resolve
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles, process development, assembly methods, tooling coordination, and
At Nuro, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected base pay range is between $145,830.00 and $219,000.00 for the level at which this job has been scoped. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
