📋 Description

Lead and develop the NPI engineering team
Manage new product introduction projects
Provide technical leadership in injection moulding and automated assembly
Support equipment and process trials, troubleshooting, qualification, validation
Introduce and optimize manufacturing technologies and automation
Partner with Operations to improve yield and equipment performance

🎯 Requirements

Level 7 qualification or higher in Engineering
3+ years experience in high-precision manufacturing
2+ years experience in regulated manufacturing
Experience in injection moulding
Experience with automated assembly, tooling, equipment introduction
Knowledge of thermoplastics and cleanroom manufacturing
