NPI Quality Engineer (Hardware)

📋 Description

• Support Product Quality activities for assigned hardware development programs, components, or
• Partner with Product Management and Systems Engineering to help translate Voice of Customer
• Work cross-functionally with Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supplier Quality
• Support and facilitate quality planning activities including DFMEA, CTQ definition, reliability
• Analyze engineering and manufacturing data to identify product and process risks and support
• Partner with Supplier Quality to support supplier and contract-manufacturer quality activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Quality, NPI Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Product
• Experience supporting hardware products through one or more phases of product development
• Working knowledge of quality methodologies including DFMEA, PFMEA, CTQ, DOE, SPC, MSA, GR&R
• Experience analyzing engineering and manufacturing data and applying structured problem-solving
• Experience working with suppliers or manufacturing partners, preferably in a high-volume
