📋 Description

• Conduct digital readiness assessments and identify technology needs, challenges, and opportunities
• Develop digital transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, and project workplans in
• Lead or support the implementation of digital solutions that improve organizational effectiveness
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot technology platforms within client environments, including
• Coordinate data migrations, system integrations, and platform transitions while ensuring data
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with external vendors

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, IT project
• Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Experience coordinating technology implementations, digital adoption projects, or platform
• Ability to assess client requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions and
• Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and technology implementation partners.
• Familiarity with digital platforms such as CRM systems, cloud solutions, donor management tools
